I've been a generalist since I was a kid, bouncing between tennis, piano, and Tumblr fan fiction. At 16, I was selling phones at Verizon in both Chinese and English, and later I taught piano and streamed to pay my way through college. Those jobs taught me how to read a room and make complicated things click.
Streamlabs is where I fell for the creator economy. TikTok is where I learned to run it at scale, with tight operations and zero wasted motion. Startups taught me the rest: wear every hat, adapt fast.
Today I live in the middle of the Venn diagram, between creators building real businesses and companies trying to reach their communities. I speak both languages, and I'm a marketer with taste, creativity, and the ability to sell.
Off the clock: creative director for dusk2dawn (a grassroots LA DJ and music collective), occasional streamer, and a tennis player with more enthusiasm than backhand.

touch grass editionA curated weekend pop-up experience in LA, built so fans could get up close with Evil Geniuses alongside the Riftbound, VALORANT, and fighting-game communities. Turns out people still like touching grass together.
The Scene, MemeHouse's Coachella creator compound, ran on its own private internet: routed fiber, a 5G mesh, and IRL streaming packs kept every creator live. I ran the run of show for our affiliated house, with a multi-camera crew feeding straight into TikTok LIVE and guests like Josh Killacky, ynotlwc, and Love Island's Pepe Garcia. 20+ brands activated on site. No ads, just creators.
A partner program giving gaming creators on TikTok LIVE the resources and incentives to grow and stick around. Its centerpiece was Gaming Labs, a six-week growth bootcamp I designed that paired audience data with content strategy, so growth wasn't left up to the algorithm gods.
The affiliate program that brought streamers onto Favorited, from the first conversation through onboarding, activation, and sticking around.
Launched and grew merch storefronts for creators like Kallmekris, Charlotte Dobre, Morgan Drinks Coffee, Ambush, and Ellen and Brian, plus VTuber Veibae, whose mousepad took on a viral life of its own.
A summer event on Favorited that launched gifter levels and tiers, giving fans a status badge in every creator's chat. Leveling up, but make it social.
Streamlabs sponsored Streamer Camp, a live boot camp where up-and-coming creators learned the business of streaming from Valkyrae, Boxbox, Sleightlymusical, and Fuslie.
A sponsored AFK Journey integration in RubberRoss's "Animators in Gartic Phone, with a Budget" video. Built to feel like content first and an ad second, it was trending across the anime and gaming community within 48 hours.
A creator collab on AFK Journey's official channel with Ludwig, LilyPichu, and RubberRoss.
A collab that put JaidenAnimations into AFK Journey as her own in-game character, then let her tell the story in her signature animated style.
A LilyPichu video collab with AFK Journey.
A LIVE battle series on @tiktoklive_us where creators went head to head and their communities showed up to back them.
Two Evil Geniuses merch drops: the Meesh jersey and the 2026 Summer Collection, including one that sold out (the best kind of problem).
An invite-only TwitchCon brunch where Streamlabs hosted creators for a few hours away from the show floor.
UConnect's accelerator for top student creators. I produced its TwitchCon 2022 and 2023 livestream activations with endemic and non-endemic brands.
Creative direction for dusk2dawn, a grassroots DJ and music collective in LA. Different stage, same instinct for bringing people together.
A 3D mock-up of a dusk2dawn room for planning set visuals: four walls of generative projections that melt and grow as the night goes on, viewable from the door, the floor, or the booth.
A year-over-year content analysis of a Danish streamer's Sønderthon marathon, comparing 2025 and 2026 streams to see which content actually moved followers.
An outside-in read on how English-speaking anime fans see PixAI, an AI art app: what they love, what hurts, the anti-AI climate, and where marketing should focus next.
A cheat sheet that helps streamers estimate what their ads could earn, so the money talk starts with real numbers instead of vibes.
Lead a team of seven across marketing, ecommerce, and operations, spanning live events, merch, digital, and brand partnerships with ASUS ROG, Anthros, and ScoutUS.

Built creator monetization and engagement programs, including recurring competitions that became a core revenue driver for LIVE's gaming vertical.
Built onboarding pipelines and commerce playbooks that helped creators turn their audiences into storefronts.
Built early community and feedback loops for a consumer startup later acquired by Roblox.
Ran creator partnerships, sponsorships, and education for the tools streamers use every day.
